It is globalRI’s underlying understanding that the practice of billing for services performed by the hour may turn out resulting in “remuneration for inefficiency”. Promptness – a major requirement presented in most investor relations activities – would be penalized in financial terms, whereas sluggishness would be rewarded. Our pricing methodology involves a discussion with the clients, with a view to come up with the best solutions and practices, so as to carry out a set of activities that may exceed the expectations. How could this be feasible if the client is concerned about extrapolating the estimated number of hours to be spent per month ? Our reply consists in not setting out a limitation in the number of hours per month.
